Migrating to WordPress MU

I waited too long and the consequence is growing big. Have you read the article Should I Migrate to WordPress MU? Well, regardless of what others are saying, I'm going to migrate because:

1. I found out that the migration process is not that easy. The links will break even though I was using ugly permalink.
2. The longer I wait, the more posts I will have, hence the more trouble when migrating.
3. I'm holding back on writing personal thoughts, which lead to lack of communication with family and friends.
