Let’s be Friends on my 26th Birthday

Yes, this is some special day. It has been very long time since I had a birthday party, especially since I went to Australia in 1999.

My birthdays before 2000

I was young, so on this day I would be expecting a day to meet up or go out with friends. I wasn't the type who would wait for gift.

Almost each year my mother would organize a birthday party for me. Be it sweet party, be it dinner party, I enjoyed it. The more I grow, the less I feel like having a birthday party.

My birthdays since 2000

I did not really anything. Most of the times, I slept half the day, and do something really boring.

Sometimes, when I was with my sister, or an older-friend (Huyen), I had some going-out or do some stuff like watching movies, going to restaurant, nothing really special.

Am I turning into a boring person? Likely, till now.

My birthday last year

The most memorable birthday in Australia is last year. My house mates, 4 of them, were very kind to make a dinner party for me along with a neighbor and a friend. As it's coming again, I would like to thank those who cheered me up on that day:

• Mukund
• Goldie
• Winder
• Irin (Winder's soul mate)
• Scott
• Mukund's friend

Mukund is studying Machenic-Electronic Engineering. He is a very nice guy. He is tallest in the house, so tall I had to look up to see him.

Goldie studies Accounting. He is as fun as a comedy tape. He would never stop joking.

Winder, 2nd tallest guy, a network engineering. He is much more quiet than I'm. He uses Linux like a pro, while I know nothing about it.

Irin was the only girl in the house. She is very kind and an active-listener. Along with Goldie she make the house full of laughter. I believe she got married to Winder by now.

I also invited a neighbor named Scott, who was a co-player in World of Warcraft. Like other gamers, he is very open in talking, especially about gaming. He is very comedic too. Often make jokes and fun. I should call him sometimes just to say hi.

My birthday this year

I'm in China right now, staying with my girlfriend's mother. I'm here to learn Chinese culture, and Chinese language.

My birthday is on this Sunday, but due to some strange university schedule, one of the friend got exam on that date. So, the celebration is on Saturday 17th Nov (GMT+8). I will be awaiting to see the fun.
